Farmland Birds Seminar 2011

The RASE held a very successful “Sustainable Intensification & Farmland Birds” Seminar on 30th November 2011 in London. 90 delegates representing farming, science, conservation and policy making heard stimulating presentations on both the science and practice of increasing farmland birds numbers.

Alan Spedding, who compiles the Society’s weekly Agri-Bulletin e-mail, has made a gallant attempt to record the key points from the Seminar.
